By law, Utah residents will be charged Utah state sales tax for all online purchases.

Creative Ink collects personal information when you register an account with the creative-ink.org shopping cart or if you contact Creative Ink through any other means. When people register for an account on creative-ink.org, they are granting us permission to communicate with them via e-mail when they provide an e-mail address. Creative Ink does not share, give out, or sell this information to any other party unless specifically authorized and/or requested on the part of the customer or under the following circumstances:
In response to subpoenas, court orders, or legal process, or to establish or exercise our legal rights or defend against legal claims.
We believe it is necessary to share information in order to investigate, prevent, or take action regarding illegal activities, suspected fraud, situations involving potential threats to the physical safety of any person, violations of the Creative Ink terms of service, or as otherwise required by law.
Shipping
All Items are shipped soley by USPS "Priority Mail." We do not use any other shipping service. Items generally arrive within 2 to 3 business days. Because of our location we do not ship overnight.
All Rush orders will be charged a "Rush Order Charge" of 15% of the total charge.
Payment Policy
We use PayPal.com to handle all of our credit card transactions. You do not have to have or sign up for a PayPal account to make a payment through paypal. If you already have a PayPal account but would prefer to make a payment without using your account, please follow the payment instructions without logging into your account.
If you are using a corporate or business credit card, please note that some credit cards have blocks established to prevent employees from making online purchases and they often include PayPal in their list of blocked online retailers. Please use a different credit card or contact your credit card company to allow your PayPal purchase.
